The Johnstown-Monroe Local School District Board of Education is requesting statements of qualifications pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33, et seq., from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for its District Improvements Project. The Project may include, but is not limited to, the following: a six classroom addition to the High School Building; a new administrative office building; a new multipurpose facility; and a 350 seat addition to the Performing Arts Center.
