Welcome to Johnstown High School, home of the Johnnies! it is my honor and privilege to serve as the high school principal at JHS, and on behalf of the faculty, staff and students, we are excited to welcome you to our school and to Johnstown.
We believe our mission is to provide our students with a world class education that will prepare all students for their future endeavors. We believe that students benefit from academic opportunities in the classroom, as well as the life lessons learned, such as dedication to their team, collaboration, community service, and time management that are provided by participating in extracurricular activities. We pride ourselves on providing our students with opportunities to become well-rounded adults with varied interests.
All students at JHS will graduate with a plan to enter the workforce (Employed), enlist in a branch of the military (Enlistment), or enroll in a college or university (Enrollment). The planning and implementation of the 3 E's is successful due to the partnership between the students and their families, the school and the community. We look forward to and appreciate these continuing partnerships as we continue to plan for future projects and endeavors.
